I have to confess that you message concerns me, and I can not  In good faith give you more help  which I know you require for a few reasons.  

Pain is the body’s way of telling you that something is Wrong, Persistent and Regular Pain such as your describing is Not normal and should never be ignored so I’m going to ask you to do a few things.

1)  Go get your eyes checked just in case you are in the need of glasses or new glasses, as this can cause you to have headaches.

2) Go seek Medical Attention, just to rule out any nasty surprises, headaches can be caused by many factors both physical and Psychological  everything from a trapped nerve, blood pressure to stress not only the “Big causes” that may require medical attention.

I understand your not wanting to take chemical medications But Lets make sure that it is something minor before we go the holistic route of treatment. Once you know what your dealing with then you will know if a herbal or homeopathic remedy  or Reiki healing etc is where you need to start. and the sooner you know the cause the sooner you can look at alternative medical treatments.

3) Increase your water intake, as much as 60 % of all “Normal headaches” can be put down to 4 main things, a persons eyes, dehydration, allergies and stress if you wait to drink water / fluids until your thirsty then you are already dehydrated, regardless of the weather.

4)  Learn to meditate, if you don’t already this will help cut back on any stress you may be feeling, lets face it not many of us lead stress free lives. Even if it is not the cause of the headaches it is always a good thing to do as not only does it cut back on stress but helps you to concentrate better in your daily life,  just to mention only two of its positives physical effects not to mention the metaphysical.

I hope you get a definitive diagnosis soon so you can work on a treatment and get rid of the pain.

If you can mix up Four Thieves Vinegar too much… because I’m making a super strong jar of it, and I’ve set it next to my computer and have been shaking it up half the day..

Soo instead of doing the sensible thing and laying down, what do I do?  I decide now is a really good time to put together some Four Thieves Vinegar, cus I keep feeling crappy, and my home feels off, and so a banishing/cleansing/protection ritual needs to be done.

I don’t follow your tumblr to get follow-backs.  I think people who do that are just plain tacky. If you want to follow me, have at, but its in no way required nor expected.  I appreciate y’all coming. I haven’t much to say, but much is percolating in my head, expect stuff in the future.

But if you’ve got something to say, ohh I’m listening.  If you’ve got something to say that has a whole bunch of other people riled up and shitting themselves in indignation, I’m listening harder.  Because last time I checked, life wasn’t a popularity contest, and those that people are talking about are generally worth listening to.  Because they’ve got something to say that struck a nerve, took ahold of someone’s gut and twisted it around so much that someone had to say something.  Often its because the listener is uncomfortable, or doesn’t understand what’s going on in your reality.  Or they are knee-jerking turds who often have diarrhea of the mouth.  But I do appreciate those knee-jerking turds, cus they pointed me to you.  You who have something real and visceral to say.  And often, when I land on your tumblrs from their ranting and ravings, a part of me says “Oh, there you are, I’ve been looking for you.”  I feel a kin-feeling so often when I see your posts that its frightening.  And for that I thank you.
